anyone here listen to Rob Dougan?

hes not a trance DJ or anything as far as i know but his music is slightly dance oriented. personally i think he is very talented, almost like BT. his songs "clubbed to death" and "furious angels" was featured in two of the 3 matrix films. good music, any1 heard of him?

chateau and Im not driving anymore (even tho it was only in the menu section of the dvd)

I absolutely love rob, his currently working on his new album atm, apparently his just finished a collaboration with a female vocalist, havent heard who it is though

Yeah i love this track, i got the double edition lp for it, apart from clubbed to death ive never really heard any other Rob Dougan

I have his album too. I actually prefer the Instrumentals, not because he has a bad voice, but because his voice drowns out a lot of the music. He created a totally unique blend of trip-hoppy beats and unconventional classical compositions, and I think singing over it ruins the effect.

one of my favourite artists. Clubbed To Death is easily my favourite electronic track and FA is one of my favourite albums. and I disagree on his voice ruining the songs. I think it adds way more heart and soul to the compositions. The lyrics are great too.

E.S Posthumus is awesome too. Nara, Pompeii, Ebla, etc. Great new age artists.

'There's Only Me' is just so heart-breaking to listen to, but he is a great musician.

Clubbed to death is one of those few songs almost everyone likes.
