Hurricane!!!!!

I wouldn't want to be out in todays weather. Sucks for The Rose Parade. Thank god my job follows the Federal holiday schedule: If the holiday is on a Saturday, we get Friday off. If the holiday is on a Sunday, we get Monday off.

Yes, we do have those here But today, it's just what you in Florida would call a rainy day though I did have some minor damage on my balcony for the first time this morning

And I got both Fridays and Mondays off from work these 2 holiday weekends I worked this last Friday anyway!

or at my work, you get friday AND monday off

Lucky! Must be nice to have a real job..and im sure get paid for those days off too!!

Hurricane? I know it was raining cats & dogs earlier and the sun even took a peek but no hurricane around my neck of the woods.
I'm off on Fridays, got today off and I just don't feel like going back to work tomorrow.... so... I go back to work on Wednesday, then I'm off on Friday again.

i had last week off and this whole week off as well! the perks of being a teacher.

and yeah, everything on my balcony went flying all over the place. crazy wind and rain! i wish it would stop, i need sunshine
