DJ Shog VS Nelly and Kelly

I was listening to DJ Shog's Classic Track "Another World"

and the vocals for it right after the girl says her speech theres kind of a voice synth that sounds like "ahhh" but a high pitch... but it sounds like he sampled it from that R&B song from Nelly.

Heres videos of both tracks so you can see what im talking about.

dilemma

Listen to the "Ahh" sound and compare with the begining of the "ahh" sound in the nelly video.. Sounds alike?

I know I have to much time on my hands

The melody in the start of Nelly's track is really soundalike Another Worlds melody too. Well at least pretty. =D
