4 Strings - Sunrise vocals

I just heard the vocal mix of 4 Strings- Sunrise, and was wondering if anyone knows the story behind this? I know that 4 Strings vocalist, Vanessa, left the group a while back, but the vocals on the new track are def. hers. Did she come back?

4 Strings has always been pretty bad about giving Vanessa (or other vocalists) written credit on their releases! Their website mentions nothing. Anyway, just wondered if anyone knows.

4 Strings hasn't been the same since Vanessa left. She's really an excellent vocalist to listen to. Whenever she sings I take their music more seriously. This other girl featured on the song "until you love me" makes the track sound like cheese. It's amazing how a vocal can make or break a track. Unfortunately I don't have any news about her, but I do wish for her return.

I totally agree. 4 Strings obviously has a commercial sound. And other vocalists add cheese, where Vanessa's voice adds class. Anyway, who knows if its one-time thing, or even use of an old recording, but "Sunrise" def. features Vanessa's vocals again. I've been liking the instrumental version for a while, and now I'm liking the track even more with the vocals.

4 Strings has never been the same since Vanessa joined.
Original version of Into The Night was a fuckin great track arsed raped by vocals in Take Me Away
Diving, good track without, crap track with.
Even Back to Basics, the instumental version is many many times better than the vocal version.

I love 4 strings, think the vocals made some of their tracks better, and some worse.
I prefer the vocal version of into the night, but prefer the inst. version of back to basics.
