Cetu Javu - Situations

In 1988 Cetu Javu released this:
http://www.discogs.com/release/75468 - a track called Situations. I just got hold of the Razormaid Mix of it, which by some reason was released already in 87. The fact that it's that old blows me away, gotta love the gay vocals

In 2000 DJ BUZZ released this:
http://www.discogs.com/release/43036 - also called Situations. Clearly a remake of some sort. I discovered it back then and it's been one of my alltimes ever since.

Now in 2005 I was listening to a stream and a very familiar melody came on. It took me about 5 seconds to recognize it, and I was surprised to see Cetu Javu as the artist. The release is:
http://www.discogs.com/release/491033 - Baunder Dub being my favorite.

What I'm curious about is what's DJ BUZZ got to do with this, is Cetu Javu credited on the release? Or is it just a blatant ripoff?

Any info would be appreciated. I also recommend everyone to have a listen to it. All releases

Wow I'll have to download that, I mean buy that track. Was a huge fan of that back in my old gothic club kid days of the late 80s early 90s.
