The Digital Blonde album
Right, then. Where the deuce is it and why am I not surprised by it's continual deferment? I think now, I've ultimately forgone the smidgen of respect I had retained for J00f.
Jan 06 originally meant "Jan 2006" I think.
Also, Ben met J00f/Ricky before Christmas and the word seems to be Feb/March now.
TBH I never expected it to be on time, these things never are

well there is not more to add to what Chris already said.
I too was kind of surprised that J00F set the release date to 6th of January. That was too good to be true judging by the fact that J00F recordings promised a new Digital Blonde EP several times for the last two years but nothing happened.
A bit sad considoring that the last release was Noctone/Gothica back in 2003.
As Chris mentioned Ben met Ricky and John recently and they mentioned "February or March". He also asked what there was to expect and the blonde just smiled. Not much was revealed but what we can look forward to is propably 100% unreleased new material.
We who have been followed the blondes career and taken close notice of his recent tunes already know that this album might become one of the greatest trance albums ever released. with no doubt.
the amount of good tunes are too many. let's hope all makes it there.

I'm just hoping for vinyl samplers, but I think that may be a bit too optimistic.

I'm also pretty sure it'll be great when it comes out (unlike steve birch's) so I don't mind waiting. Good things coming to those who wait says it all imo
Yeah John also said "12 new tracks" and the album will be download only, like all new J00f material.
Dunno about any confirmed tracks, but 2 I'd reckon that will be on there are these ->

I hope that they can afford a good sound engineer this time instead of doing the mixdown+mastering themselves.
Samples sound amazing. Hope them songs will be on the album.
