Song from Rank 1 Set

My friend gave me a rip of Rank 1 at Trance Energy 2004 so I can't be sure it was actually from TE 04. But its a very epic sounding trance song with vocals, which seem to repeat "It was the scene of the crime" Let me know if you guys have any ideas what it could be.
