Would you rather be shot in the chest with a high powered rifle

They say the pen is mightier than the sword, so while it might seem at first that the pen is the best option, i'd have to go with sword. I don't know why the pen is mightier than the sword, but i'm sure it's for a very good reason like ink could get into your bloodstream and poison you to death or something.

if it wasn't in the chest then i would have to look at where i was being shot. if it's a single shot that renders you teh dead, then yeah i'll go the shot. however if it's a shot in the nuts and you survive, fark i think i'd rather get the sword.
