Three Drives - Evolution / 101 Interstate

now, THIS is what kind of quality we should have on trance today..

both tracks are excellent and well produced, and full worthy its vinyl release..

been waiting for ages for a new Three Drives, and there it is.. awesome as i predicted..

Personally.. I think these tracks are trash and are lacking, to each his/her own though. Major disappoinments compared to their older tracks.

I really like Evolution, it has the Three Drives signature sound without being unoriginal. 101 Interstate didn't do it for me.

As you said, quality production.

These 2 a produced ok, but i think they are just really poor, and not exactly going anywhere

Evolution, has that horrible 'weedy' synth melody all the way through it, which just makes me turn my nose up at it straight away

101 Interstate, isnt really going anywhere, its either here nor there, just weak and empty......

poor

no where near in the same league as 'Sunset On Ibiza'

or 'Carrera 2' for that matter

i agree, but i dont expect to hear any tunes for the rest of my life that sounds as good as those tunes, and i have to include Air Traffic as well.. but nevertheless the best tunes i have heard in a whiiiiile

I listened to these tunes, and can't remember either of them.... I just remember that both bored me and so I can't even remember what they sound like. Lacking is a great word for these tracks.

i LOVE interstate! i think its a really good tune hehe. better than evolution...seems to me to be a kinda darker sound almost..thats what i thought when i first heard it anyway.

evolution is utter grabage and so is interstate 101.

The high pitched "squeal" lead in evolution is annoying. It sounds as if Ton TB & Erik De Koning just pressed random notes on a keyboard.
