[techno] Pjotr G - Driving Ashtray

Hey

This is my first production of 2006

It's a techno track:

Naturally, I'd love to hear opinions

Verrrry trippy!!!!..... percs are great...I don't like that clap smells like trance clap...kick is very deep...! some automation too fast with filter I think...
nice Looped piece!!!
nice trippy atrack, but need some work with structure...
9/10

that is one mighty kick indeed!

i for one love those weird background noises
i'd love to hear this on a big system as well. should destroy the dancefloor

Ah a new PJ track

Nice startup, as mentioned the kick is massive. Synth work sounds brill, filtering in and out of the background, nice effects. Bass is as always bouncy. Breakdown synth is mad, likeing the changes here and there, really break the track up. Percussion is as always spot on.

Keep em coming i say

Listening.. Always liked your stuff...

-Great kick, GREAT percs
-Tune is rollin', moving...
-Btw: nice title
-I like that offbeat noise ('uh')
-Nice hihats
-Automation is too fast... (1'37")
-Ride is cool, not too loud

Nice production, only 1 thing would make it very cool...

This:

Kick: | . . . | . . . | . . . |
Snare:. . . . . . . | . . . . .

Special offbeat snare on a weird place.... Would be great, just try it.

6.5/10 (is good)

tnx, I named it after my car.

A snair right before a kick is not-done right now...just like a benassi bassline

nice stuff. i agree, do a breakdown.

Posted by richg101 on Jan-10-2006 14:51:

wicked beat!

those sounds are so dirty! very jorg henze. i like it and would probably be goin bad on the dancefloor if i heared this.

my problem with techno is that i always wish for it to go into something. if only a nice tuneful break...

good work

ohhhhhhhhhhh this track is good!

I still like Schulten better but not by much. Those weird background sounds make it sound like someone is playing a record in reverse, like I should be hearing something like "John is dead" or "bow down before Satan" or something evil like that :P.

Great track. Definitely going on my playlist.

you are hearing something reversed. And bitcrushed, and pitchshifted.

remember armand van helden - you don't know me?
