No worries mate, love your stuff
Good stuff Andy. Of same quality as 'Emerge' I think. Keep it up son
Excellent work Andy
Some excellent tunes in there, probably slightly more laid back than what I'm usually into prog-wise though.
My only point of criticism would be that I thought a few too many mixes went right down to the perc - imo really long/late mixes done a couple of times in a mix at the right points to emphasise a big track coming in can work really well, but there seemed to be quite a few in this and when not done in the exactly the right place very long mixes tends to lose energy.
But then, you know a lot more about prog than I do, so maybe it's the done thing
Long drawn out non offensive prog for those quiet moments. To be honest there just isn't enough going on in this set to keep my interest , I mean it would work well as background music somewhere but it never really changes out of first gear. Mixing is solid and flawless but track selection left me yawning. 3-4 of those style in a set works well but a whole set of it does not for me.
Thanks for taking the time to listen and comment. Personally I feel that the set ends up somewhere different to where it started - the end is a lot more melodic and driving than the beginning, but I can appreciate it's not to your taste and you like to mix it up a bit more, that's cool
This is what I play, so I'm not going to stick in another style altogether as that wouldn't be representative of me as a DJ. Each to their own and, as I say, thanks for taking the time to listen and comment
