saint etienne are playing at avalon on the same night as sasha & zabs! anybody a fan?! they rarely come to the US so this is a real treat. i guess i will be spending a whole hell of a lot of time at avalon on the 18th of february! saint etienne (for those that don't know) are a indie pop/electronica/dance group from england. they are definitely one of my favourite acts of all-time. anybody else a fan?

Is this the same saint etienne from Paul Van Dyk's "The Riddle"??

yes it is. their style is different though. they can do indie retro 60's style pop, euro dance, or indie electronica.
