I remember watching a news piece about this that was very opposed to it being used because of racial stereotyping.
They tried to get it pulled from urban outfitters.

I've never actually seen it though.

Yeah, my home town of North Bay also had its own monopoly board. It was really cool that they did that, give the town has a population on the order of 56000 people. Very limited market...

Yup... I got in the middle of all the drama in 2002 - they had so many orders that I had to wait almost 2 months for it to ship.

I have been creating personalized monopoly games for my friends for bday gifts for years as they are all such big fans of the game. (I just pick up an old game and board at a garage sale and mock it up with personalized stickers and cards. All the chance and op. chest cards are personal stories and jokes that I put together for them, peoples faces on the money, properties are significant to the person, pieces are stand up cut outs of friends and family. It can be pretty funny when you sit down to play it. I have a electronic dance music monopoly game that I had started some years ago....Margs...you were going to help me finish that! Will have to update it though as that was back in my trance days. House now deserves the Park Place and Boardwark spaces

Has anyone played the ANTI MONOPOLY. They sell it at Urban Outfitters. Looks like that everyone is a different kind of business...small business to corporate and you all play with different set of rules. Clearly the corporate company owners must the cheaters and stealers
