Skate rentals
- Adults $7
- Children/Seniors $6
- Group Rate (10+) $5 (available Mon to Fri)
- (Photo I.D. required for skate rental)

Didn't see any restrictions on skate rental times on their website.
I'd imagine they'd rent skates during a 'special' event like this.
