In terms of creativity, gaming is at an all-time low. All the developers are completely oblivious to making something fresh and exciting, and instead keep recycling tried tested & true themes and genres over and over. FPS, Strategy, MMPORGs, the list goes on. They're all the same. No innovation at all.

If this is an RTS and not an MMORPG, sign me the fuck up.

DRAGONS! I hate reading about this shit and watching movies about it, but I loves me some Cale-controlled medieval carnage.

Also, about gaming being at an all-time low, yeah, there's only so much that can really be done with it. I mean how many other genres can you think up to create?

I remember as a kid wanting a game I could play with a shitload of people where you could either be in the infantry on the ground shooting at guys, driving a tank or a Jeep or something, flying a plane or helicopter, driving a boat, manning point defense of some area, driving a boat, whatever. This dream came true with the Battlefield series of games, and I'm playing the everloving fuck out of Battlefield 2.

My Radeon 9000 Pro 128MB shudders every time I fire it up, however

I'm a huge RTS lover and I have to say, it looks impressive so far...

So true. My brother works for Rockstar San Diego, which is one of the edgier developers (consoles anyway), and hes getting really sick of designing the old "over the top violent games" or the "soop up your import and street race"

Do they need music????

Looks pretty good from the screen shots. Big fan of RTS genre, but damn they seem to have taken a few cliches for a ride here. Still, I want to see more on this. Great idea to incorporate standard RTS play with sim-esque city building.

I've left the world of Video Games a long time ago.

But every now and then I like to get drunk & fire up a good ol game of Counter-Strike (with some Hard Trance in the backround) and unload a few rounds of the shotgun into the faces of a few Terrorists. (or CT depending on the Map)

Good times.

Very cool indeed. I like the prelimiary sounds of this game.

If Barry (or anyone) did the soundtrack, so we had an EDM score for the game wow that'd be even more supreme

Ive recently just let myself get back into fantasty games for the first time in 6 years. (RPG, MMORPG and RTS, etc.)

I left the computer gaming scene just after Diablo II came out.

Has it really been 6 years! Holy shit!
