btw..is this what we could call "Trancecore" ?

Actually, it's usually called hard trance. It sounds a little like DJ Daxx - My Wonderland, but that's probably not it.

I wish I knew where it was ripped from My friend said he found it on his harddrive and had no clue what it was.

Anyone know where I can get that Dj Daxx tune?

Nice track with high tempo

I don't know where you can get the Daxx song from, but I don't think that's it, anyway. I have a remix of it (entitled DJ Daxx Vs. Cybrstorm - My Wonderland 2000 Remix) and the piano sounds kind of similar, but it's not as hard as that. It's about 150/160 bpm (Your sample sounded ~180). Probably Cybrstorm's only good song, as well.

Sorry I can't help further. Keep looking!

It pro'lly got lost in the HD crash a few months ago.

There is such as a genre as Trancecore, altho it's usually called Freeform Hardcore these days... It usually has a BPM a little faster than Hard Trance, so anywhere between about 160 and 180 bpm. I highly recommend it, it's one of my favourite genres... Download almost any set by DJ Tilzs for some good pumping Freeform... If you can't find any on audiogalaxy, his sets are also available at http://www.sonicfury.net

The link to the sample didn't work for me, so I can't help you out there.

OK, I didn't notice that you'd posted a second sample. It sounds somewhat like Freeform (aka Trancecore), altho I've never heard this particular track before, so it's not a typical Freeform track since I've heard most of them. It's prolly a Hard Trance track pitched up quite a bit... If you like this track, check out DJs Tilzs, Sharkey and Kevin Energy. Also download the three tracks in my signature... There's tons of good Freeform (aka Trancecore), but most tracks are hard to find on audiogalaxy cuz it's a fairly new genre...

I highly recommend you download at least one of the following sets (I've linked them all. just CLICK away... or "Right Click -> Save Target As" for the non-audiogalaxy ones):

>> Kevin Energy - Live @ Adrenalin 2 - this one starts off with Hard Trance and starts crossing over into Freeform about half way through (too bad about the low quality)
>> DJ Tilzs - Internet Mix 2
>> DJ Tilzs - Internet Mix 5
>> DJ Tilzs - No Boundaries
>> DJ Tilzs - Live @ Animania, Minneapolis, MN (01.12.2002)

ENJOY!

Glad you like it... Yeah, it's definately a genre that needs more exposure.

Nu Energy is the biggest and best Freeform record label. Check out their website www.nuenergy.co.uk for more info. Their message forums are also a good place to talk to other Freeform Addicts and ask questions.
