Please ID this classic

I have been hearing this tune frequently in a pub I don't know the title or author but it starts of really relaxed and quiet (no beats)
and then goes like this

teh teh teh tehn
tere reteh teh tehn
tere reteh teh tehn
tere reteh te tehn tehn

it's kind of a sound from a bell or something

there are no vocals

sorry but this is all I have about the song

hope someone knows which song I mean lol
