Can somebody identify this melody?

I have heard this melody somewhere. I know the melody does not go like that exactly; I just cannot remember. If somebody would be so kind to let me know if you happen to get an idea of what song it could be. This is the best I could do...I cannot remember clearly how the rest goes. Thanks!
