A fairly experimental mix for me (dipping into a bit of techno), playing a few tracks that are either new, or that i havent played a lot, or used at all in a mix (1,2,3,8,9)
(This mix was recorded 22/01/06. on the 43 degree day in melbourne :P)
Its also an effort to link up my techno tracks with trance, so i can later mix together all my tracks, crossing between lots of genres ^_^ )
Also pardon the crackling and popping in some of the tracks :S
A few slips here and there i know, any advice/criticism is welcome as always
downloading, listen and then feedback
Here my feedback.
I dont' like very much the first part of the mix because techno is not properly my genre.
Especially in the first part beatmatching is sometimes rough at transitions start, transitions are long (i love them) but some are ended too fast and during the mix there are some little volume/equing jump.
I like the second part of the mix from Cafe Del Mar to the end: beatmatching is fine and track selection is nice.
