I bought a used cd for a good price from some dude (a power seller, a guy with great feedback...). it's been like, 17 days and the item hasn't shipped and he hasn't answered my emails. you think i got ripped off?

BEFORE posting a negative feedback do the Dispute thing on Ebay and do a dispute on paypal for a refund.

if you paid with visa or any credit card you can file a dispute. just a idea people do it to my company all the time.

If you paid through Paypal, then open up a claim through them. You'd be surprised at how fast sellers will respond when Paypal gets involved, even if they didn't answer your emails before.

Ebay charged me $400 this summer for nothing and I filed with my band immediately and contact ebay. I was refunded the money from my bank while they investigated ebay. They then made the refund permanent a month or two later after the investigation was complete. Make sure if its a deadbeat that someone knows so you and others don't get screwed again.
