Love Poundin' Sensation Victoria Secret VS. La Senza

So I was chatting with my very favorite breast obsessed TA the other night and was both shocked and apalled to discover that his most favorite undergarment retailer is none other than the canadian chain...LASENZA! No offese to any of you ladies who frequent these stores (I have a handful of things myself) but given the chance or a even a billion dollar shopping spree, I had to argue that VICTORIA SECRET is definitively more exciting!

Let us know...

Jamie...the vote is on!!!

victoria secrets.
they have couches where you can sit and enjoy the show. and if you are rich they may even bring you a pop to drink while you are thanking the good lord above

VS of course! and the fact that it's much more unattainable (not avail in Canada) make it even more desirable..

what about La Vie en Rose?

La vie en rose is owned by la senza.

Design in design. Making sexy panties is a no-brainer.

Quality is where there is a differential.

No offense, but the LaSenza products tend to look nice, but are prone to substandard construction. Unless one buys the top-of-the-line LaSenza products - their items simply don't last.

Victoria's Secret tends to be constrcuted better, usually using superior fabric and stitching.

i say the TA girls should take pics in la senza and vic sec. and post and let us decide

Man, are you suppose to know these things? LOL

Lingerie is best viewed whilst on the floor.

You can't really compare Victoria secret and la senza, its not fair. La senza sells much cheaper and you get what you pay for... but lets face it. How many times will your girl wear that sexy combo before getting bored of it

It's like comparing Gap to A&F for example.

On the other hand, La vie en rose is more upscale, more expensive, better products, but again I don't think its as expensive as Victoria Secrets or the stuff found in Paris.

Malek said exactly what i was thinking...La Senza is cheaper quality.
another option is to get the Fredericks of Hollywood catalog. It mail in but they have high quality stuff, as well as some riskier items that VS would never carry.

FREDERICKS OF HOLLYWOOD!!!!

http://www.fredericks.com/

Posted by rabbitjoker on Jan-23-2006 22:18:

When I was down in Hollywoo visting my brother the soon to be mrs.joker and I dropped by two fairly famous lingerie shops:

Fredericks of Hollywood (FoH) had quite a bit of fine bras, tangas, teddies, baby dolls, etc. It seemed to me that the store either had high-end sexy or skanky (in a good way) but not much in between. The high-end was built to last, the skanky obivously was intended for far fewer uses. http://www.fredericks.com

Trashy Lingerie (where Winona Ryder, Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz shop) was a lot more playful with respect to the fabrics and designs. Where FoH is high-end sexy/skanky - Trashy is more fun, playful, unique. I would consider Trashy's quality to be better than LaSenaza (long wearing). http://www.trashy.com

They were both interesting ways to spend the day - to say the least.

I'm a split decision kinda gal...

when it comes to panties.. its that lovely bitch Victoria...
but when it comes to bras i usually opt for La Senza.. its hard to find my size at Victorias and i also feel the cups run a tid bit smaller.. which can make one hell of a difference...

I guess the most "adventureous" thing I've purchased is some latex boy shorts (a girl's item) from Vex Clothing (http://www.vexclothing.com/).

They were neat to look at, but to make them look buffed-shiny they required some silicone spray which made them a bit of a PITA (pain-in-the-ass, no pun intended). Unbuffed (matte) they were not nearly as cool (as in such they were only worn a few times).
