Older 90s women vocals ID

This track has a slower techno dance beat with sexy woman vocals. Older 90 and maybe early 2k. The small verse I remember is; I know a guy his name is shane he takes me out of here. I know a girl her name is shane and so on. I am a newb here so bear with me.
