Indeed. Some of my favorite tracks that were a bit more obscure came from EDM Digital... This is definitely sad news.

From what I read at GU board a month or two ago, the guys who run it didn't have much time to update the site and it wasn't making that much profit that they could have left their day jobs. It didn't help either that Smight quit working for the site sometime last year... don't know what was the reason for his departure. Anyway, it's a shame this site no longer exists. I was hoping their site would grow since they had reasonable prices and a simple nice user interface which I preferred to Beatport's bloated and slow flash crap..

This sucks. EDM Digital was great. They had some quality tracks from Habersham, Derek Howell, Andrew Kelly (to name a few) that you couldn't get anywhere. It was a great alternative to Beatport. I love Beatport but I noticed that many of the tracks I would buy from them were tracks that everyone else was buying and they just got overplayed.

yarly. they are working on getting all digital. A good idea would be order le vinyl and get free .wav of hifi mp3 of the track.
