Does anyone know where I can get a fake State ID or Drivers License in state of IL????

Its not for me but for a friend.as i am already 21

however fake id's can be easily bought in this manner - you find someone that looks like you over the age of 21 and pay like... what 4 dollars in IL to have them go get another ID for themselves and claim they lost the one they gave you... and with ID cards now you may even get 2 forms!!!
