[deep house] Jeremy Jive - Audio

As the new year begins I wanted to put out a mix to celebrate the upcoming final Lazydaze event. Lazydaze started with a mix and Sage asked if I would do another to be apart of it's official closing. I was honoured to be asked to do it, but at a loss of where to start.

This mix is actually remake of my set at 270 Spadina on new years eve. Unfortunately the original recording was plagued with a bad grounding distortion so I took the tracklisting and rerecorded it as it was played that night. After all the tracklisting ideas I had, I came back to this one as being the one that really sort of embodied the sound of that one night and the atmosphere of Lazydaze in the past while.

During the night this snap shot was from somewhere around 3AM and through to about 4:30AM

If you can't download the mix, you can catch it this Friday at 1PM as it premieres on iTunes Radio and Digitally Imported online. Here is the info for the show and the channel. http://www.di.fm/calendar/event.php?event=2725

You can get it on either by
A) iTunes - go to the Radio prompt on the left side, then select the electronica genre, then scroll down to di.fm under deep house from New York.

B) Digitally Imported radio. Go to www.di.fm and click to listen to the house channel.
