Warez => close thread.
Even if you bought it legally you're gonna keep them on your harddrive which makes you a pirate.

hmmmm it is possible you are aware of the copyright restrictions detailed on the vengeance CD, and so are correct in stating that he cannot resell.

Or most likely your talking out of you a**e and assuming, and we all know what asumption is the mother of.

chrisspob check out any licencing restrictions on the cd, and if there is no statement regarding resale, then I might be interested in buying it off you.

** Im off tocheck my nu nrg cd b4 wacking it on ebay**

Assumptions, assumptions.

For all you know, he is Manuel Schleiss. LOL

I just thought it was warez thread n 98431354 and he wanted to sell copied cds, he didn't give much information did he. Sorry, my mistake. I just think it's kinda strange selling a samplecd and that it is "tempting " to leave them on the hd. And I am not manual schleiss lol but I love most of his stuff that's why I think he deserves respect and compensation for the hard work. I rest my case.

I guess he's selling the CD because it is surplus to requirement. It happens.

Most people store samples on their hard drives for convenience, which is fine. I do! As long as you're not uploading these samples for the world to download there's nothing wrong with it.

Having said that, I did see this sample collection on a torrent website

Sorry for harshness DeZmA. Some sample CD's do ahve a licencing agreement that you are not allowed to resell. And that rights for use in a song are only trnasfered to the original purchaser of the sample cd.
