Recording Question

Hey all. I've been recording mixes onto my tape deck for a while now but would like to start getting mixes onto CDs. So, my question is, what is the easiest and most efficient way to record mixes to your PC? I've heard mini disc recorders work, but I have no knowledge as to how one of those works so any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

from mixer master out 2 or record out to computer sound card line in and then record with some program like audacity. simple as that

yup. just plug your mixer outs into your computers line in and hit record. i use garage band with my mac. its really easy and the sound quality is great. mini discs are pretty easy to work with...but not that many people have em.
