Tilt - The World Doesn't Know
Great song, I've just always wondered what that vocal sample is saying. Anybody know?
There's a vocal sample in it?
Yes, its very subtle it comes in with the high hat during the build up. I don't have it on vinyl or anything so I'm just going by what I hear on Paul Oakenfold: Creamfields and Armin: Universal Religion, but have another listen and hopefully you'll see what I'm talking about. Maybe it's not a vocal sample, but its definitely somebody talking
He is right there is a small amount of samples in the track its clearer at the start but its not really words mate
Nothing to loose sleep over, but the song itself is beautiful and i rarely use that word for trance, much love yet ive been unable to get the vinyl.
One of my favorite trance tracks of all time.
I quite like this one- it's twinkly trance done properly.
i always think it sounds like he's saying "compare them" just when it enters the...3rd breakdown i think it is?

Originally posted by Mr.Mystery I do mind, actually. How about every Andy Moor production since 2003?

Originally posted by SYSTEM-J Yeah... because for tracks to sound similar, they have to be exactly the same right? The way the two share the twinkly melodic lead, the driving bassline and typical synth sounds and general mood is irrelevant, right?

Originally posted by SYSTEM-J Obviously not the same, but I knew instantly who was behind both of them, and they're the same formula, same ingredients, same type of mood. Put it this way, they sound considerably more alike than any non-Moor production does to either of them.

Originally posted by DOOMBOT Okay, I guess I can't argue the fact that it didn't take too much time to figure out who created the track. I hope you don't think that is a bad thing, since musical producers usually have a specific sound that distinguishes them from others.

Originally posted by SYSTEM-J Agreed that a good producer will have a hallmark that it's their production... but a good producer shouldn't really rely on the same set of sounds quite as much as Andy Moor.
Not heard a great deal by them. Not enough to make any kind of judgement anyway.
