Great proggy/techno tune

Played by G-Pal @ Plattenleger 24-10-2005. wtf is Plattenleger

Posted by Lowpass on Feb-01-2006 12:17:

Plattenleger is a German word. It consists of the two words "Platte" ("PlatteN" is plural) and "Leger" (which is the substansive for "legen").

Platte = disc/panel/plate and is also used as shortcut for "Schallplatte", which is the German word for vinyl records.

Legen = laying

A "Plattenleger" is a paver, but since it consists of the German words for vinyl records and laying, you can use it as a wordplay for DJ.

No idea what the second line means (except for the cheesy grin) but let me endorse the first line x 10

Just found a "longer sample" and it seems the version played by G-Pal was named Matthew Dekay & Roob V - 2 da Groove (Hernan Cattaneo edit). For you're info fellas.
