Sander K's Sound?

Hi, i've recently gotten into Sander Kleinenberg's sound. I've been into melodic trance for many years, but the DJs don't impress me as much as they used to. I'm not a newbie at all. I've just been confused exactly what kind of music Sander plays. Some songs sound very electro-house and funky house like, and others sound more progressive house/trance like. Would you say he plays alot of different styles? seems like it to me, but he definitely has an electro edge to some of his stuff.

Edit: I've never seen him live, I am just judging this off of his mix CDs. Only own "Everybody Too" but i'm contemplating buying his other CDs as well. Am liking his sound a lot...

His productions (up until 'The Fruit') were all prog house/trance and so were his sets. Now he has a more electro-house spin on what he makes and plays. Stuff like The Fruit and his remix of Muscle Car. heres a tracklist of one of his recent sets just to give you an idea;

Thanks for the reply. I thought his sound changed. I remember hearing his productions back in the late 90s, like "My Lexicon" and "Sacred" they were definitely progressive trance. It wasn't until around 2002 that I saw he was a DJ and seemed to play mostly prog trance/house, but definitely stuff with a housier, funkier edge (even though I hadn't bought any of his CDs or listened to his sets, just samples and certain tunes). So I guess his logical progression was to get into even funkier, housier electro stuff. Really diggin "The Fruit", was listening to that on my way to school this morning and I was like "holy shit this rocks!", I probably wouldn't have said that a few years ago but I guess i'm branching out a lil. Definitely want to hear some more of his sets, and see him live. I'm also digging James Zambiela now too.

his recent sets blow me away tbh love the music that he plays atm. makes you wanna dance

a bit OT:the first i heard of him was sander klienenberg - my lexicon. i'm telling you, you NEED that track. it's brilliant.
also his remix of poor leno and timberlake's rock your body (i think it's called right?) are great! check them out asap

Yeah i dunno i'll have to check them out myself. I am basically judging it on his mixed CDs, which seem cool to me. I was surprised by some of those pop remixes on there. Hope he doesn't go the Paul Oakenfold route with those. Oh and "My Lexicon" is a great tune, would be cool to find an MP3 or Wav of it..

well I listened to that set and its a very thin line that seperates him from Sasha right now. both spin the same kind of music by the same artists. whats so bad about what he does?

@ the beggining of 2005 he was doing ok... nothing mind blowing... :s
