edit: filesharing in itself isn't illegal, is it not filesharing of files that are copyrighted, to which you don't own the copyright, that is illegal?

Indeed this is freely available from DI.fm. This is a recording of that freely available material, so that you are free to use your rights to timeshift entertainment.

I think many people don't know ASOT when they register on TA. I was one of them

ASOT (A State of Trance) is a trance show hosted by Armin van Buuren. it is broadcasted every thursday from 20-22 CET. Many TAs listen to ASOT because AvB presents the latast trace tunes there.

He also has mixed 2 CDs.. ASOT 2004 and ASOT 2005.

your torrent uses the pirate bay, a site well known for its ummm help in letting ppl access illegal files via torrents.

Yes i know pirate bay does not host the files etc, but they do have various official bodies watching them closely so i would rather not have them thinking we are any way related to distribution of illegal files
