Hello! Passions 11th Birthday: Who's going?

I thought it'd be cool if we could arrange for a big meetup for passions 11th on the 25th. I don't know very many people on this board and it would be a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other better.

Who's in?!

Posted by Grrrrr on Feb-05-2006 13:56:

I guess i'm classed as a MLTA and you can count me in

Not surprising really as there is sweet FA going on in Coalville except for Passion. Nothing to do = Chav breeding grounds

I don't suppose anyone is driving down from the sheffield area that could give me a lift? I'll be happy to pay, it cost me 18 on the train last time i went to leicester!

Just out of interest mate, how do you get to passion from leicester train station? its just i am at birmingham uni and often fancy a passion line up now and then and is a pain in the ass travel wise, just wondering whats the cheapest way to get to coalville from leicester station? im guessing its a taxi, wasnt sure how much though.

thanks, max

Well as I don't drive Iam planning to get the bus into coleville from Leicester. The bus station is about 10 mins walk from the train station, it only costs 2.50 and takes roughly an hour to get there. I'd be happy to meet you at Leic station and anyone else travelling by train

The bus service back into Leicester doesn't start until at least 3 hours after Passion closes, so a taxi is the only real option unless you manage to get a lift from someone driving back through Leicester. They cost about 40 though so the more people sharing the better!

Is anyone going from London ? Is it hard to get there without a car, I've never been to Passion.

Yeah it's a right trek if you havn't got a car. you'll have to train it to either Leicester or Loughborough and then get a bus/taxi from there to coalville. But like Cuba said, there won't be busses running when you come out of the event so you'll need to wait a couple of hours until you can get back to the train station.
