Romance in Trance 2006

It's that time of the year again
Did you find romance (or flings, hookups, one-night stands, etc) in trance in the past year? In what ways?

I dont listen to trance so no

got a hook up (really ugly ugly ugly ugly one) at Armin at Crobar in October... she ended up going to my school and now i have a class with her twice a week haha... it was the Absolut speaking

I'd be like that the first time I saw Armin.
I was kinda like that after my first show (PvD in '03). Except I didn't really have the hots for paul, only for that girl that kept rubbing up against me while I was trying to figure out what was going on

well, as for me.. yes i did.. once again with zeh german.. it was an ongoing secret affair tho, 2.5 yrs to be exact... and now we've gone public.. finally! couldn't be happier or more in

god i am so one of those annoying people that will rarely date someone outside EDM

had a relationship (yes, with a ta) in 2005, lasted about 4 months...

and i think 95% of the guys i dated in 2005 and even in 2006 have been from meeting them at clubs, lounges that play house, or they have been djs (not necessarily big ones )

music is just such a big part of my life right now that it's just easier to date someone who's into the scene...NOT TO SAY that i wouldn't do it..

lol not thru TA (i discovered TA like maybe a year and a half ago)
we did meet online then met in person. it started very casually but thru hard work and perseverance, 3 yrs later here we are, an unlikely couple but strong just the same

I've found love outside of EDM and honestly, never been happier. He's a complete metal head, but completely understands me. I know that sounds weird but, he's freaking awesome as anything. He loves that I go out and have my own life, but I'd never drag him out to "the clubs". I explained how I hate clubs, but love the DJs and he gets it so well. I've met plenty of guys out but...blech (except you Rob). So youse never really know.

I'm happy for all of you guys I myself, am currently converting my gf into an EDM lover lol. Its a fun mission.

I feel like I've told this story 100 times...

It was March in the good old year 2004.. We met through that glorious gent Steven Neil (who I met on TA, so I guess you could say I met John because of TA, whatever), who took me out to Anthony Pappa, where he also brought John... nothing happened... the very next night we all went out to Howells for the best set I've ever heard in my life.. I though John looked really hot in his white shirt so I seduced him. The end, men are so easy

Hmmmm.....that other crap I did not meet my BF through TA, he introduced me to the site and to EDM. I still like the other CRAP and I enjoy having him teach me about something that is so important to him.


Oh and yea I am open minded to EDM.....and I still consider myself a "non-edm" listener since I am open minded to other types of music, perhaps EDM listeners should do the same!!!

I seriously dont date ppl that dont enjoy the same music that I enjoy.

i think you misunderstood..just because i mainly listen to EDM doesn't mean i'm not "open-minded" lol

i said i would prefer to date someone who listens to EDM, but if you knew what i liked- it's not limited to just that. i'll be the first to admit i listen to ALL types of music...even the artists that are considered ghey (i.e. britney spears, cascada, etc)
