The Grammys - Tonight at 8pm on CBS

Anyone else going to watch the Grammy's?

Official Site

Any predictions? Performances you want to see? Artists you want to win?

I personally think Mariah Carey will come out a huge winner - she made a GIGANTIC comeback this year.

Are there any awards in EDM catgories? If not, THERE SHOULD!!

Deep Dish will win (non-classical remix or best dance recording)

LCD Soundsystem will win (best dance album or best dance recording).

The hawk & the hunchback... He never looked up once, probably cuz he couldn't. What was up w/that 1.5 min performance anyways? Seems like he ran back to be hooked up to his oxygen tank again.

honestly, that was the best grammy's I can remember. lol

some of the performances were RIDICULOUS... Blige on stage w/ U2 for "One". WTF Sick.

I think Kanye deserves all the credit, so talented.

I could of done without Paul Mcartney or Mariah Carey, but both of their performances were excellent. Bastards.

agreed, however.... i wish his skills would do the talking rather than running his mouth to the whole fuckin universe.

it almost makes you WANT to see him fail.

Jay Z and Linkin Park was strange enough singing "Yesterday" but even stranger was when Paul mcCartney showed up and joined them.

WTF?!? That was McCartney's first Grammy appearance - how does that make sense?

fine, but I think that's what seperates him from the 50 cents, etc. He's a solid writer who at least has some sort of message... meh I'd take his speeches over Kelly Clarkson's any day of the week.

What was with Bono's first acceptance speech? Did he seem high, or was it just me? And then I think he cried during his second acceptance. haha Hold it together BONO, fuck sake!

Posted by jon jon on Feb-09-2006 14:05:

or how about Jacques Le Cont on stage w/ Madonna for "Hung Up". AWESOME.

sickness..
