if you're using winamp, try using a proxy. google "free proxy port 80" or "free proxy port 8000"

in the winamp preferences there should be a field for proxy, put: ip.address:80 or ip.address:8000

e.g. 60.254.20.92:80

keep trying proxies until you find one that works. this is the only work-around that i can think of. it's what i used to do at my office when i couldn't listen to certain streams. good luck.
