how to fix team names in PES5?

im a noob to PES,does anyone know of a patch that fixes up the incorrect team names in PES5?
and also does anyone know of any sites that offer downloads of various patches to enhance PES like adboards jerserys rosters etc?

check out www.pesfan.com, they have updated option files for all the systems. You might need to register first!
