happy listening!
GReetz,
Six Senses
Hi sebastiaan,
nice track, relaxing baseline and awesome high background synths in the build up. The break starts nice, the lead is nicely done. The melody is not very speciaal but its ok. The overall is good, but maybe you can work out the melody a bit with some higher notes in it.
greets
good stuff dude, like the melody, pluck is nice. my style of music. keep it up!
this is a killer!
awesome awesome awesome, baby
Sounds great! I really have nothing bad to say about this track. Everything sounds nice and tight. I love the "guitar" sound. Good job!
Really love your work mate.. that sound you have going is so nice
gets a thumbs up from me!
Nice work Sebastiaan. Sounds very promising. I don't like the too standard saw lead you introduce after the break that much, but everything before the break is very nice.
thnx for the kind replies!!. maybe gonna add some more stuff. will look at the claps and stuff. Hopefully this will see a release.
any more feedback?
greetz,
Sebastiaan
sounding great here mate. can't really judge the sound quality in 128k but i like the melodies and sounds you used quite a lot.
some very nice sounds and percussion elements in the intro parts, and very smooth bassline. I really dig the melodies and arrangements. the layering on this is perfect as the sounds complement eachother so nicely. You have some very nice effects and subtleties that really stand out as professionalism. Great work.
did you got played by armin in asot 235?
very smooth. I enjoyed it.
OK LISTEN!!!
2 things...
1. just change the saw sound (the one that starts on 3:00) to smoother sound (something like above & beyond use). if you used trancepro vst to make that sound, check preset 17.
2. add another sound to the bassline, something that would sound low but will have only the midrange frequancies (300k+). that way your bassline would sound clearer on shiti sound systems and will guide the beat better.. making your track sound more pumping.
and thats it man, you'll hit the jackpot.
goodluck

THNX for the commments mates!
2 djsphere: No, that was seven senses..hopefully i will get an airplay in the future
2 global warming: Thnx for the feedback. I personally am not sure about that leadsound after the break either. So gonna check that preset out you mentioned and also gonna look at the bassline!
Thnx again all for listening and the feedback!
Greetz,
Sebastiaan
wow fantastic sound so far in the intro sebastiaan....really improved stuff from you, excellent sounds and very clear beat, really nice. The guitar sound would be nicer if it was a bit fuller, and i would love a nice dark low pad in the break to underline the chord progression. I think the sound of the main synth is not that bad tbh...
Melody is not really interesting
Hey mate, how are things? Haven't spoken for a while.
Another excellent track there, you pull off the "guitar trance" thing pretty well, I'd agree that the lead sound at 3 mins is a little bit too soft but it sounds better at 3:30 once it's filtered up and the bass has come in. One way around it may be to shorten the decay on the filter to start with and increase it as you open the filter (I think that's one of the most technical and accurate comments I've made for a while lol)... just a thought.
Overall the production is excellent as always, melodies work really well and the perc hits the spot. Good work
7/10
(Mark scale: 0 Give Up, 1-3 Gonna take some more work, 4-5 Nearly there,
6-8 Signable, 9-10 Outstanding)
Thnx Stino and Stu for the feedback. I'm working hard at the moment to finish the track, going to look what i can do with the leadsound indeed. Thnx for so far again!
2 Stino: welcome back in our cold cold Holland!
2 Stu things are fine here! And what about you? Everything okay?
I'll speak you on msn mate!
Cheers,
Sebastiaan
