british conservatives and "right to choose"
the conservative party has this program "right to choose" they are aiming at the NHS to rescue it from the shit its in.
im gathering pros and cons for their plan in anticipation of an academic debate.
im all over bbc and cnn and cannot find clear cut goals, numbers, or anything.
some help ??
alright ive almost sucked bbc dry of sources.
any english know of a labour-biased newspaper ??
I'd probly get your arguments from journals rather than newspapers. If you have an Athens password you can go to www.bids.ac.uk to search social science journals for the infor you want
Basicly they've dumped it anyway.
And though I'm thinking of getting pivate insurance I recon the princible is pretty crap. The problem with the NHS is that all the specialists are away doing private work (even though the very trainning which made them specialists was paid for by the tax payer).
So by making the private sector larger then NHS will get worse. Poor lose, ritch win... again.
