Lords Of Acid!!!!...... appreciation thread.

Lords of Acid helped start it for me in 1994. When i first heard Voodo U back then I was amazed. I also was hearing their biggest classic "I Sit On Acid" at a local teen club back then & I loved it! Then in 1997 Our Lil Secret came out & kicked ass about as much as Voodoo U. After that a bunch of mix cd's were released I had to get em all. Then in early 2001 Farstucker came out. My girlfriend at the time got us tickets to a show that was 1 week after the release of thier new cd. Best show & best gift I ever got. Fucking unreal live. The bass was sick. Crowd rocked & plus thier live performance was the best ive ever seen. Still waiting for a new cd for about 5 years now. I need it!!

I totally rocked out to 'Lust' in my car yesterday, no joke! I remember I used to listen to that before going to play basketball or work out to get pumped up. There are still some sick beats on that disc.

Then last night my wife and I went to 'Linens & Things' (lol) and we get in the car and the CD player comes on and she hears 'Dahling come here......' HAHAHAHAHAHA! She's like WTF?!?! and she divorced me on the spot it was great.

lords of acid was some good stuff, but it was not the only tunes that got me into it, (ie : KMFDM, porn kings, underworld......)

don;t get me wrong lords of acid where good, but some of there tunes where a little cheesy... just my 2 cents....

anything whit a funky beat is good for me
