sucks ass 
awkward as hell too lol
i got caught in a vehicle (parked) with 2 younger girls and theyre all drunk. (i had .05 alc... the limit for a minor is .02 but the limit for an adult is .08 so if i was an adult i wouldve be 'sober'"
i wasnt doing anything and wasnt even interested in them but got stuck when everyone else left.
cops were dicks... pushing me everywhere telling me im drunk off my ass.
i was like 'dude no im not... i was the designated driver im not drunk lol'
hes like "SMART ASS?!? YOU WANT FUCKING ARRESTED?!?! OPEN UR DOOR"
so i open the door and halfway to open the asshole kicks it back closed on me.
"GET OUT"
i get out and he shoves me on the car and cuffs me- leads me by the scruff of the neck and shoves me in the patrol car.
im like "we headed to the etown branch?"
hes like "i cant believe it... shut the FUCK UP! its prob just the alcohol talking anyways"
i get in the station and he says"im gonna charge you with public drunkenness (i was inside a car sleeping on the side of a road), drinking and driving (i was in park w/ the car off lol), underage drinking (laws are mega gay here so... yeh), and supplying alcohol to minors (hello? arent I a fuckign minor? blah besides i didnt it was my one friend).
lame.
my dad came in and was cool. he admitted "i used to do it too"
i was all calm. the cop thought because of this i was on other drugs and he says to my dad "this young man is telling me he knows about law hahaha"
i make eye contact w/ my dad and im like 
my mom flipped out 
my dad just left for mississippi for a week...
and now im home alone for like 8 hours- then all hell will break loose when she gets back
that was my fun night.
moral? US popo are pricks and really dont have much better to do than bust a parked car sleeping party.

One time I got pulled over and he was like,
COP: Hey
ME: Is there a problem officer
COP: Do you know how fast you were going
ME: 36 mph
COP: Oh, so you're a wise ass?

It was my cousin, he's a cop.
cops are out of control in this country. you should watch the video called "Busted: Citizens Guide to Surviving Police Encounters". it would have told you how to get out of that situation.
you can fight a few of those charges. 3 of them, i think. they don't follow logic.
oh but keys in the ignition while drunk = drunk driving
next time take a cold shower b4 putting the keys in the ignition

he pulls me over you know how fast you were going yes over 80 he is all you know that is a ticket so im yeah i know i got them before just write it out and let me go ... he goes o so you wana talk back eh ? so im all no not realy but when my car gets stolen you dicks are no were to be found and when i speed a bit you show up right away ? he look at me gives me another ticket for insolting the police officer ?
and this was at 9 in the morning how gay can they be ? you tell me

long story short ...
i was assaulted by an off duty swat officer and the police that showed up took me to jail.
my arrest report makes me look like a badass who beat the fuck out of someone lol.

i know for a fact that in my state you are not allowed to park on the shoulder of a road and just sleep. Shoulders are suppose to be used for emergency vehicles to get around in case there was a traffic jam.
They extended this rule so far that youre not even allowed to park on the side of the road to talk on your cell phone.
no dude i was in a development. parking is legal there.
if i wouldve been in a driveway i wouldve been fine.
