is this the first time you have made a song or is it just the first time you used frityloops?

if it's the firts time you make music it's really good...
i think you could have changed the strings a little... don't like it to much... i mean the strings.

Ok heres my constructive critisism

1. The start...... well, it sounds like a typical E-jay Production, the choice of kick doesnt help, that kick on it own doesnt sound to good, i suggest adding a bit of percussion from the start.
2. Maybe you should try and create a more complicated bass line, cos again it does sound like a Ejay Production.
3. from 1.20 to about 2.50, it basically does the same thing. I think adding sound effects would improve the production, just little background noises...And the adding of further percussion at "cue" points.

4. After a while that synth kinda gets annoying

and finaly

5. Im no expert in producing by anymeans, these are just things that i think could improve the track. By all means download my second production (a thread found further down in this forum)and critise it! I hope i have helped anyway.

Regards

Thanks for the input dbl & Dave C, I'll take that on board and try to improve on my next production

not not melodies and such, but the drums suck.

Also, you need to layer up the different sounds. For example, take the pinaoroll from "riff A" and paste it into a few other diffferent generators such as SimSynth or maybe even a smaple. Anything you try can usually make the sound better and more interesting.

Try to work with the FX as well. Theres no reeverb or anything (at least thats how it sounds) on your channels. That helps a ton!

Juts hack (fuck around with, hack is a MN thing) FL for a while and youll get the hang of it.

Keep up the good work, really, it sounds good for 4 days of FL.

Cheers

Thanks for the ideas Marc , sorry about the slow download, but soon I will be getting an mp3.com page with Project T (LiQuiD PuLsaR)....watch this space so things should hopefully improve

good work for only 4 days with fruityloops eLe_vatE, your melodys are nice and trancy. You need to work on a better song progression format, the start was really empty
keep up the good wrok
