Ray of Light (Sasha's Twilo remix) and Music (Shane 54's Pink Flood remix). The latter one was never released which is a shame.
apart from that most Madonna tunes works best as originals.

There are a lot of Madonna remixes. That list has about 1900 entries, which reduces to about 1000 remixes when you take out originals, edits, instrumentals, simple mashups, database errors, etc. Probably less than 700 of those remaining remixes are listenable, but that's still a staggering number. The list also doesn't include tracks that merely sample Madonna (Damn Noa - Home, for example), which if taken into account would make the number of solid remixes even higher. Many bootlegs are as good as the official remixes, and I've only heard a small fraction of them. All total, Madonna is probably the most remixed vocalist, er, I mean artist in the world, though Ayumi Hamasaki has an awful lot too (I mean that in more ways than one).

Here are some of my favorites (so far):

Ray of Light (Sasha's Twilo Mix) Truly godlike
Music (Shane54's Pink Flood Mix) Very, very good
Has To Be (William Orbit Instrumental)
Bedtime Story (Orbital Mix)
Time Stood Still (Flange's Anti-Clockwise Remix) Best amateur Madonna remix I've heard
Damn Noa - Home
What It Feels Like For A Girl (Above & Beyond Remix)
Hung Up (SDP's Extended Dub)
Don't Tell Me (Timo Maas Mix)

Junior Vasquez - If Madonna Calls is pretty damn cool too (and funny).

Ill add..
Ray Of Light (Sasha's Ultra Violet Mix)

Oh, and as RebeL9 said, most of the best versions of Madonna tracks are the originals, just because of the producers she employs. This is especially evident on the Ray of Light album, where many of the singles aren't rivaled by any of their remixes. BT & Sasha together couldn't make Drowned World/Substitute For Love any better than Orbit's original. No one could improve the epic sweep of Frozen. And the original Skin is one of the most tragically underrated Madonna tracks for the high-energy dancefloor; it's just incredible.

There was an excellent remix of Bedtime Stories in Wally Lopez's Essential Mix in 2003, don't know who did that remix though.

Definantly, that's one of the best tracks that orbit produced for maddie. it's just amazingly good

am I the only one that think that The Power of Goodbye is the best song out of the Ray of Light album?

Might it be Madonna - Bedtime Stories (Thomas Penton & Vincent Di Pasquale Mix)? It's pretty cool.
