Try Some of the Following:

Infected Mushroom - Unbalanced (Baby Killer Remix)
The Crystal Method - Weapons of Mass Distortion
Astrix - Monster Remix (You might be interested in the Intro of this track)

no.

That opening theme song was used in the movie, "The Exorcist". not Halloween.

A lot of Aphex Twin stuff is quite scary but I'm not sure it would sit well under speech - you'd probably be distracted form the speech by listening to the music. Maybe try some soundtrack music form a George A. Romero film.

The Future Sound of London has some scary stuff, esp on the CDs "Lifeforms" and "Dead Cities".

Ghost Smilie

Ambience. Im a pretty big fan of Ambience as well as i am Trance, i have three ambient cd's, most are normal, however there are a few Dark Ambient songs which can sound a litty creepy and really get your heart pumpin, especially if its late at night and your in bed trying to fall asleep.

Maybe try "Shouting Valley" by "Aes Dana".

i can never remember the producers name but the title of the track is 'witches'....crazy lyrics talking about "witches...they are everywhere...but you cant see them"...this song has freaked me out before. definately scary

^^^
The witches comment reminded me of The Digital Blonde - Gothica. I don't think it's the one you're talking about, but you add it to the list.

A great classical track that always gives me goose bumps is:

Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell

I love the violins.

This was the main song in Requiem For A Dream, and they used it for the LOTR Two Towers Trailer as well.

You should also check out the soundtrack to Resident Evil, especially the songs by Marilyn Manson.

Some of the creepiest industrial i've ever heard.

You can check out samples HERE
