PvD In Canada

Does anyone know why PvD never plays in Canada? I'm also curious why he wouldn't come to Toronto.

Yea, I know for a fact that PVD has been to Canada several times and has also played at Aria in Montreal on numerous occasions (I have video footage of it)

Yeah, my guess is that PvD must have had a fallout with the T.O. booking people. He hasn't played here in T.O. since June 2004 at the Guvernment/Kool Haus complex.

actually he said Guv in Toronto.

and yes, there is bad blood between the Guv bookings and PvD, and Guv is the only place that can afford to book him.

Who cares though, PvD is a douche and there are many more talented DJs visiting Toronto all the time. If PvD wants to miss out on one of North America's top electonica scenes... I say fuck him.

no respect for a DJ that's a spoiled bitch like that. He's super talented no doubt about it, but his attitude sucks big nuts.

I'm not sure but i think ARIA works with the GUV for their bookings, shows why he hasnt been to MTL either in a while.

I see big DJ's like Sasha, Digweed, Picotto, Armin, Ferry and even almighty GOD himself Tiesto LOVING Montreal when they play here.

we've been saying the samething in australia. he hasnt been to australia in over 3 years however he is now touring next month. shame i wont be fucking there!!!

Supposedly last time he came to Aria here, he played for 45 minutes, had problems with his equipment and got so pissed off that he left. And hasn't been back since.

And also he was supposed to have a Canadian tour in April, which he cancelled.

you should learn to be a decent dj and not to shoot yourself in the foot by blagging your way onto the djmag list before you start talking about scenes.PVD is nothing great.I saw him in January in Hollywood Fla and you are not missing much.If he doesnt like it here even better for our not having to deal with his attitude.Dont say negative things about our scene because you are too much of a hack to ever be considered for booking here.Stick to your loyal fans of stuffed animals in your bedroom.
