the worst thing is not to get a review. trust me. been there

listening:

work on your lead, kick & bass. imo, try a other kick!

the break is okey! make the lead melodie more exciting
work on your percs as well, imo!

well. overall, just okey! need some facing plaster here and there

Better than okay!!!

Fuck sake, you've got your volume levels nearly perfect. Those aren't my favourite type of synths but the melody I have never heard before and you have lots of variety.

Good shit!

however, listen to me when I say that the biggest mistake people make with Trance is to have the hihats too loud. Promise me you will quieten them down a tiny bit.

anyway, if you want my advice on drums and synths which I doubt, here it is:

Dont go for crappy sounding kicks or snares. use the really good ones used by todays top artists like G&D and Sasha. I havent heard one song from G&D/Motorcycle where they have used a shit kick drum. Go for the punchy super-smooth kick with lots of low range but hardly any mid. an example of a good kick is the one in Andy Moor's "Halcyon"... now that's a good kick.

Now onto the Synths once again the old school synths aren't a good choice but at least you didnt do that thing with the cut filter where it goes really high and rezzy.

I love smooth synths and so does anyone with good taste so that's probably what u need to go for. Are you using any hardware at all? I recently bought my first synth which was definitely worth it. Using VSTs and in-built synths isn't the way to go. When you buy something like what I have (the Alesis "ION") you can make any type of synth that you want.

7/10

keep up the good shit, man!!!!!!!!

I swear im not the producer of this tune! nice to meet another Caleb though.

straight off, let me tell you: you need to record this at a higher volume. i had to turn my headphones up and once i did it got alot better.

the lead in was a bit too... am i looking for techy here? but i dunno of a better way to lead into the song, and it is only about 15 seconds or so.

its a nice low key track, coulda been longer. stretch it out to about 5 mins and it wouldve had a more natural end to it.

the songs addictive.
