This is what I usually do:

Sad: Drive around, listen to music. (Doesn't matter what kind. EDM, rock, pop, etc.)
Angry: Go ahead with my day, and yell at people who push my buttons

Well first I buy myself a red dial phone, then I submit a superhero advertisement in the local news paper, then I sit by the red phone & wait for it to ring. If it finally rings then I race out in my underwear & jump into my car. This is when I put on a special CD that gets me into the justice fighter mood.

People say I have a good voice, considering that I an not trained. I have alot of friends that go to vocal trainers, and they have AMAZING voices. Maybe I should go to one?
