BPM counter.

Is there any software I can download, that I can hook my mixer up to my AUX-in on my PC soundcard and have it measure the BPMs of the record being played?

Count the measures yourself. Don't ever trust a bpm counter.

I like to use atomix virutal DJ to note the BPMs. You can probably get a demo version of the software. Just put the track on, leave it playing over the beats for a few seconds and it'll give you a pretty accurate reading of the BPM. No need to tap and silly buttons!

if you have a mac, you can download a bpm widget from apple.com
all you do is hit the space bar according to the beats and it counts the bpm for you :P
