Mark Van Linden is awesome. I'd go if I lived in Southern California.

If youu don't know anything about Marc Van Linden, I highly suggest you check out his website. This guy has played with PVD many of times, as well as Tiesto. He has a bunch of tracklisting on his site, so you can kind of get a feel for what he spins. It seems that he plays alot of his productions during his sets. And a lot of them are reworks, that I am sure are unavailable anywhere.

So if you want to see D'Morse take you for a killer ride and then watch Marc play some great music, you probably haven't heard, I would go to Heaven, as well as support a newer local Charles.

I am really looking forward to a great weekend, and this is a great way to start it off.

And, no, no one is paying me or asking me to do this. I am really this excited to see Marc van Linden. Plus anyone with a van in their name has to be good, right?

Ian van Dahl is badass! Maybe not on this level, but has had some great productions! For sure.. Probably more well known than a lot of other van's

Seriously, that is a great track. One of my all time favorites, and i knew about that way before I knew about the scene or anything. More mainstream airplay I guess.

Actually, most of what he played were own MvL productions (based on what he wrote on his CDs, anyway). He was pretty good, but sounded really hard (I suspect the mixer settings...).

um wot are you talking about? you "suspect the mixer seetings"? what on earth does that mean? i dont think "mixer settings" make songs sound really hard

mvl has som e cool mixes but they are nothing special imo, they kind all sound the same

I'd take any "mixer settings" comments from someone who says they aren't an audiophile with a

I suspect Arena's sound system sucked as usual and was maxed out producing yuck audio quality.

But I wasnt there so speculation ftw!

yeah but most of his productions are supported by Van Dyk so a lot of tunes reminded me of van dyk...van linden literraly played all of the remixes he has done for vandit

Wow, all I got to say is those who didn't get to experience Marc Van Linden at Heaven, completely missed out. This guy played an amazing set, so many of his own productions and rework/remixes I have never heard before. Like Incogniton, Darkside of the moon, a Coldplay Speed of Sound remix that is amazing. Really I am mad at myself for not being there the whole time.

Wow, very very PvDish! Those same driving into your chest kicks, amazing. Everyone should check this guy out if you haven't yet.
