I just got a question, why this crazyness for a dj? i mean hes really just playing other peoples music. Just one thing i never understood.

great producer... innovative as they come, in the trance scene, something many TAs hate on trance for not having enough of (innovation)... i think ill be getting a shirt!

Ferry plays a sometimes unhealthy amount of his own productions. Much more than the other big trance DJs.

Also, I think his hospitality throughout the 6 month residency has something to do with it. I see more TAs saying that they got to meet him, went up to the booth, etc, which for many can make the experience much more enjoyable.

yes, and he's a great guy. i respect people who respect me and dont have a pompous attitude just because they're famous. i wanted to make this shirt to recognize him for his success and his personality as well. he's one of the best out there.
plus, his musical selection is pretty much similar to mine so that always helps

Ok hes still playing "his" music. Not performing it. long gone are the days of people going for the music and not just the dj. Im not really trying to stir up controversy. Just curious. I mean long as your having fun it really doesnt matter what your doing. But club events are becoming less and less club(in a way) and more and more like concerts. I really think they should have some sort of shirt consession stand near the entrance.

i knew ppl were gonna think that way. i go mainly for the music and friends and i think the people on here do too. if armin or ferry for example have a bad night (trainwrecking/bad track selection/what have you), they'll say something.
if it was just for the dj you wouldnt have people posting "man, i really wasnt feeling his set last night...etc."

Don't going for the music and going for the DJ go hand in hand? I mean, I went to Pacha on Friday for the DJ... who happens to play my favorite type of music. Right?

Though... I kinda get what you're saying. We're a rare breed. I actually try to never face the DJ booth when I go to clubs.

Yo, Ferry's the man! i don't care what anyone has to say bout' that. Kadomony, hit me up with one of those shirts.

ORDER THE SHIRTS ASAP!
they take a lot longer to produce than I expected.
i placed an order on the 17th and they say it should be delivered on the 28th!
GO GO GO GO!

zabiela isnt the only one who plays breaks/house/techno

I would say he is the only one that I've seen that does as much with them, though. How often do you see someone using 3 CDJs, an EFX and Ableton Live in one gig (at least I believe that's everything he was using)? He's definitely too busy to be "Jesus posing" all night.

Everyone I know that has met him says he has a great personality and is one of trance's finest DJs.

If you order just one shirt it comes to $25 including shipping. I would suggest you buddy up with someone. You'll get 5% off the shirt and save on shipping. It then comes to about $18 a shirt.

Ferry is such a sweetheart! He adores everyone, talks to everybody, shakes everyone's hands, signs ANYthing (even napkins people), laughs and jokes all night...I mean, come on-pair that with incredible talent, and like Eco said innovation, how can you go wrong? With him you can NOT!

There aren't many, but they rock beyond words. Hope you all love my unique shirt design. See youse there!
