495 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30308,US - $3 donation
This event will be held by Dance for Relief and Django. We feel strongly that Atlanta has a large community of people who care about music, each other, and those around the world - this is your chance to help out all three in one night; not to mention your chance to hear some great local talent in a friendly atmosphere. The night will be a benefit in which all door proceeds go to relief efforts in the Phillipines, with a focus on the recent mudslide tragedy that has effected many who live there.

The cover at the door will be a $3 minimum donation, all of which is going to the relief efforts. If you are able and willing, we would like to see a donation of more but there is no requirement.

Free Grey Goose from 9:30pm - 10:30pm! Come early!

This event will showcase a few of Atlanta's great local artists and djs. Currently, the dj roster is as follows but is expected to grow:

Upstairs:

Obeah & Company all night

Downstairs:
-------------------
Rick Sierra (10pm-11:30pm)
Meadows & Lucent (11:30pm - 1am)
Greg McLeod (1am - 2:30am)

but please stop spamming my myspace with this. I am not gonna add dance4relief as a friend and I am not gonna respond to the event invitation

I understand what you mean, Stephen. Everybody knows how pissed I get with some people on Myspace but this is different. It's not like D4R is spamming like crazy to make a lot of money. This is for charity, man. None of the DJs or promoters are making ANY money for themselves on this event and I can't think of a single good reason you would have to complain about advertising for it as much as possible. It's for a good cause and I don't know of any other promoters doing this. I know I'm gonna be updating bulletins on it too so be expecting that.
